This is our busbar processing machine, the JPSK-503EESK.
It integrates three main functions: punching, bending, and shearing.
The machine is widely used for power cabinets,electrical switchgear,transformer.
The machine operates at 380V/50HZ/three-phase.
The machine has three station with a 3KW motor.
The machine is easy to operate. It has two touchscreens with user-friendly interfaces.

The punching unit uses a hydraulic system to create precise holes in the busbar.
Turret punch library:The punching unit uses a turret punching library.
It can store various punching dies,such as round holes,oval holes,square holes,and odd-shaped holes.
It can complete different punching tasks without frequent die changes.
Punching diamater range:Form 4.3mm to 25mm in diameter.
The punching die is made of high-quality tool steel,which is hard, wear-resistant and durable.

The upper punch is removable and easy to replace,which helps reduce costs.



Cutting Unit
The shearing unit produces flat, waste-free cuts. It includes a workpiece clamping device to prevent bending during cutting. This reduces blade wear and boosts cutting precision.



Bending Unit
The bending process supports multiple methods, including standard bends like flat, vertical, U-shape, and Z-shape bending. Custom needs are met by changing dies for special processes such as embossing and pressing line noses.
The system has built-in calculation functions for L-shaped and Z-shaped bending. Users only need to input relevant parameters (such as the thickness T of the copper busbar, the height H, the side lengths L1 and L), and the system will automatically calculate the required bending angle α, saving time and effort and improving the precision.
