It can cut, punch, and bend copper and aluminum busbars of various specifications reducing processing time and boosting production efficiency.
By switching between different operation units and molds, it quickly performs a range of tasks.
These include shearing, punching circular/oblong holes, flat/vertical bending, knurling, and special processes like flat pressing, embossing, and cable connector processing.
It can also cut, crush, push, and bend copper bars.
Product Advantages
First, a stable frame is the foundation. The frame of a high-quality three-station busbar processing machine is welded with high-strength steel. When shearing the busbar, the stable frame can reduce the displacement caused by vibration and ensure the shearing accuracy.
