Cutting Operation
Turn on the power and rotate the start key. The green power indicator will light up.
Switch the function handle to the cutting position.
Insert the copper busbar and rotate the retaining bolt for positioning.
Step on the footswitch to perform the cutting operation.
Remove the copper busbar. The cut surface is smooth, with no drooping or waste.
Punching Operation
Switch the function handle to the punching position.
Adjust the block gauge for precise positioning of the copper busbar.
Select and rotate the punching dies to the appropriate size, then proceed with punching.
Remove the copper busbar, ensuring a clean punch and accurate positioning.
Bending Operation
Switch the function handle to the bending position.
Adjust the block gauge for precise busbar positioning.
Step on the footswitch to perform the bending operation.
Remove the copper busbar, ensuring even bending force and high-precision angles.
