Structural features
Integrated shearing structure: The shearing unit adopts an integrated forging structure with novel design and reasonable force, which can ensure long-term use without deformation.
Shearing knife material: The upper knife and the lower knife are installed vertically and parallel to ensure that the cross section is flat and there is no waste after shearing.
Pressing design: Equipped with a pressing device, it can prevent the workpiece from warping during the shearing process, reduce blade wear, and improve shearing accuracy.
Shearing capacity: It can shear copper (aluminum) bars with a thickness of 3 to 16 mm and a width of 200 mm.
High-precision shearing: Through precise blade gap adjustment and pressing mechanism, the cross section of the busbar after shearing is ensured to be flat.
Maintenance and precautions
Before shearing, the moving parts of the machine need to be lubricated.
Check the blade wear regularly and replace the blade when necessary to ensure the shearing quality.
When shearing, the workpiece should be placed in the middle of the upper and lower scissors as much as possible to avoid uneven force on the shearing unit.

The work surface is embedded with a steel ruler, which is convenient for quickly measuring the size of the copper bar and improving work efficiency.
3. Intelligent CNC system, automatic bending calculation
The CNC screen is located directly above, which is convenient for operators to view and operate. The configuration of PLC and CNC screen can realize parameter input, parameter call, L bend, and automatic calculation of Z bend.
The system has built-in L-type and Z-type bending calculation functions. Users only need to enter relevant parameters (such as copper bar thickness T, height H, side length L1 and L), and the system will automatically calculate the required bending angle α, saving time and effort and improving accuracy.
4. Diversified bending methods to meet complex process requirements
Supports a variety of bending methods: standard bending forms such as flat bending, vertical bending, U-type bending, and Z-type bending. It can also achieve special processes such as embossing and crimping nose by changing the mold to meet the customized needs of different customers.
