JPSK-303CSK CNC busbar processing machine for electrical industries.
This machine is for copper/aluminum busbar bending, punching and shearing.
This machine is widely used in high-low switchgear manufactuting, electrical control panels building, power station establishment etc.
Advantage of copper busbar bending machine,
1. The shearing station is a double column shear structure. The shearing edge is smooth, no waste, no burs, no collapse.
2. The punching station is a turret punch mode. No need to change the punching die frequently.
3. The bending station is a closed structure, which will make it more uniform in bending and embossing processing.
4. With German Siemens PLC control system, the bending precision are controled and memoried. Each work station can be set to automatically shut down time, which will save a lot of electricity costs.
5. The hydraulic oil tank is welded with 3mm steel plate and made phosphate processing. The hydraulic oil will not degenerated within long term usage.

The cutting unit:
The cutting processing unit adopts vertical processing mode,flat blade cutting,the incision interface is flat,no droop,no waste,no burrs.
The punching unit:
The punching unit adopts six-mold turnplate in tooth shape with good view, which ensure the upper and lower mold are absolutely in the center.there is no need to change the moods frequently,reduce the damage rate of the mold and the opreation is simple and efficiency.
The bending unit:
The bending unit adopts a closed structure,By changing molds,it can completed the processing of flat bending or vertical bending.
The CNC system adopts Siemens PLC of Germany,and the bending angle is automaticlly controlled,the system has a storge function,It can be storing and calling at any time.
It's more efficiency and saving energy. the system has a fine-tuning function,It's more convenient to use.
Bending pricision is ±1%,repeat bending peicision is ±0.5%.
