Bending Unit
1. Independent design of bending station, efficient and cooperative operation
The bending operation is carried out on an independent worktable, and punching and shearing do not interfere with each other, which greatly improves the production efficiency and realizes the synchronous processing of multiple workstations.
2. Convenient operation and accurate measurement
The embedded steel ruler on the working table surface is convenient to measure the size of copper rows quickly and improve work efficiency.
The numerical control screen is located at the top, which is convenient for the operator to view and operate.
3. Intelligent numerical control system, automatic bending calculation.
System built-in L-type and Z-type bending calculation function, the user only need to enter the relevant parameters (such as copper thickness T, height H, side length L1 and L), the system will automatically calculate the required bending angle α, saving time and effort, improve accuracy.
4. Diversified bending methods to meet the needs of complex processes
Support a variety of bending methods:
Flat bending, vertical bending, U-shaped bending, Z-shaped bending and other standard bending forms
