Application

3.The bending unit adopts PLC control, more stable and reliable than traditional relay control, and can control the downwards time of cutting and punching, also has automatic shutdown function.
4. The bending unit adopts double working table, then the three units can work at the same time and not affect each other.
5.The bending angle can be CNC control with save memory function, extremely convenient.
6.The cutting unit adopts double-column shearing molds. the cutting interface is falt and smooth.
7.The punching unit adopts intergral six-mold punching dies, the upper and lower molds are absolutely in the center.

Punching unit
The punching unit adopts intergral six-mold punching dies and with good view. which ensure the upper and lower mold are absolutely in the center. there is no need to change the molds frequently, reduce the damage rate of the molds and improves the working efficiency.

Cutting unit
The cutting unit adopts double-column shearing molds, the cutting interface is falt, no droop, no waste, no burrs.
And the operation is also very easy. you can adjust the location ruler and step on the footswitch.
Bending unit
The benidng unit adopts double working table and the three units can work at the same time and not affect each other
The CNC system adopts Siemens PLC of Germany and the bending unit has a stoage function , the bending angle can automatic controlled.
The bending unit adopts a closed bending structure,which makes it more uniform during processing the horizontal bending and embossing. improves the repeat positioning accuracy in mass production.
The CNC system has a storage function,convenient for atoring and calling at any time. each unit can set automatic downtime, it's more efficiency and saving energy. the system has a fine-tuning function, it's more convenient to use.
