This type JPSK-4A-303NC and JPSK-4A-503NC Semi-automatic copper cutting bending machine is mainly used for different types of processing copper or aluminum busbar. It is easy to operate and high production efficiently. So it is an ideal processing equipment for electrical appliance manufacturing of high and low voltage.
It has three units: Punching unit, shearing/ cutting unit and bending unit. The machine is installed with three processing units: punching, shearing and bending, and is designed with three independent hydraulic systems, so that the punching, shearing and bending unit can work simultaneously.The working stroke of each processing unit is adjustable to save time and improve the work efficiency.

(1) Punching unit:
This machine is equipped with a CNC servo system for automatic positioning. By controlling the punching coordinates through a servo motor and PLC, it can achieve continuous positioning and punching of porous workpieces, which is efficient and accurate.
Both the X-axis and Y-axis have stop gauges. By inputting the desired hole-punching coordinates in the CNC screen, the stop gauges can automatically position themselves, eliminating the need for manual measurement and positioning. This saves working time and avoids errors caused by measurement.

(2) Cutting unit:
The cutting unit automatically controls the size of the shearing gauge through the servo motor and PLC, which is convenient and efficient.
The system unit can be set up to cut multiple pieces of the same length. The system can be set to cut multiple pieces at different lengths and single pieces at different lengths.
(3) Bending Unit:
The machine has two work tables and then three working positions can work simultaneously in a more efficient manner, avoiding mutual interference.
The stop gauge can automatically position , ensuring accuracy.
Controlled by the servo system and PLC, based on the input parameters of the bending template, the system can automatically calculate the cutting length. The system contains L-shaped, Z-shaped and three-bend templates.
